Somewhere deep in the waters of Johto is a kingdom... no man or any non-water type has ever found it, and those who did were considered to be very lucky. The ruler of this kingdom was none other than a Lugia named Aquarius. Since the passing of her husband from a war, she vowed to rule the kingdom for the remainder of her life with the best of her abilities. Don't fret, she's not a "I rule with an iron fist" queen, in fact some people would say she's the definition of a gentle giant! She likes to spend her time bonding with her people as best as possible. She greets anyone who may have washed up in the kingdom with utmost respect and kindness, as anyone else should get. Aquarius does her duty to the best of her abilities and works hard to never let anyone down
