Rouge The Bat holding a chaos emerald. Talk about one glowly thing...
The picture is one of those really rare ones where it is drawn entirely on the computer. The amount of layers that was used was next to none except for the background (washed out night sky and mountain peaks), and the chaos emerald. Took me about 8 hours because generally I kept being interrupted.
