Val is one of my sci-fi girls who ended up becoming the avatar of one of my fancy spaceships, the Jackdaw tactical destroyer. I managed to get the fancy quantum skin which has a primarily black with small blue accenting and sparks of lightning scattering around the ship's hull. So Val became the avatar of said ship, its primarily a treasure hunt ship, doing lots of exploration hunting for rare modules found in secret pirate hideouts. So while she can find these fancy parts, she's letting her client here know those parts are indeed going to cost them a lot.
Its been a while since I drew Vaelyre, so I wanted to draw her again, and I was a lot happier with her this time around. Cause last time I did her legs all weird, and her beak was just very hard for me to draw, but this time they both ended up coming out a lot better. So hopefully I can keep drawing her more to get better at those beaks
