I can't translate all of the symbols, but they are supposed to mean things. Bottom left is a key, labeling different elements of flux phenomena, and symbols for contact with custodians. Top left is a diagram of flux trees, the form flux takes when it's getting "delivered." Top right is a warning about that big weird knot of flux in the center right of the map .
