Something old that i think is pretty cute. I like repurposing the tentacles as little ears, maybe someday I'll solidify it into an actual character design.

When I was a lot younger when they killed David Tennant. I buried my action figure of him in the garden. I'm pretty sure it is still there one, the day I'll go to my old house and dig it out...

Have you heard of the adorabilis or Dumbo octopus? (not sure if they're the same thing). They also have little ears. I love to think of Daleks having them since they have "ears" on their casings.

Oh I LOVE those little dudes. Cephalopods in general are so cool. The little ears are my favorite.
