I understand how it feels. September 21st, at 6:20 in the morning, my 14 year old cat Tiger, who had been under my blanket at my feet, started to freak out, I moved my blanket for his and he tumbled off my bed. I heard a kind of slightly hacking "keh" sound out of him a few times, then he stopped moving. He passed away right in front of me. Like I said, he was 14, I had lived in an apartment until he was 5 years old, moved into a house aunt and uncle were renting for 2 years, then, when he was 7, I moved into the house my baby bro inherited when his father passed. That was 7 years ago. My mom said that this would be the last home he would move to, little did we know that she was literally correct on that. So, being he passed almost 3 months ago, it still hurts but I know he is not in any pain anymore, he had, for the last 4 months of his life, been falling either out of my windowsill or off the table in my room, even with something padding where he fell. I miss him, but I know he is with his sister Midnight(she was my tuxedo kitty that I had since she was a few months old, she was 2 months older than Tiger when he was found in a box by the dumpster of the apartment complex I lived at, she passed at the age of 5, she died two days before her vet appointment so I never found out what she had) and I know they are waiting for me.
