I did these while I waited in between phases of the full lunar eclipse last night/early this morning. As the morning started I was on a roll. xD I went a little overboard but whatever. I wanted to practice angry Lombax expressions, and Tom being the live volcano he is was perfect for this. Later when I wasn’t angry about the clouds blocking my view of the eclipse when it actually got exciting, I started drawing a more relaxed Tom and an inquisitive Mira. Perhaps later I will do some Lombax anatomy practice.

The main reason I wanted to draw angry Toms is because I’m planning a picture along with a sort little story clip to go with it. I got the inspiration about a week ago, but I wanted to find the perfect amount of frustration and anger in his expression. I think I have it now. x3
