What animation software, brushes, and tools did you use for rotoscoping and tracing? Also, how long did it take you to make the Balloons meme animation?

I use Adobe Animate for software! I use the default brush tool in that software. For rotoscoping, I convert my reference into a GIF, and drag and drop it into my program. I then trace over the footage in my program directly, and use that as a base for my outline. I plan on sharing another video soon that goes more in depth on this process! It took me about 2-3 months to create the Balloons meme.
