(And again, I have no idea what sub-type of dragon this is, so I picked a random one to categorize this under.)
This is another result of a bored doodling session done in ballpoint pen in the notebook I carry with me in my purse. It was done over a matter of months; whenever I was out and about and happened to be bored with nothing to do, I'd whip out my notebook and draw in a few more scales, then I'd be off doing something else. Eventually I got it finished a couple months ago, and forgot to scan it until now. XD
