I got a story for Lily the Roserade.
As a Budew, she ate an innocent Roselia trying to help take care of the other Budews. So all the other Budews isolated from that Budew. Then, as she grew, she worked on her Poison type attacks. At the time she evolved into a Roserade, she returns to her hometown, waiting to eat more innocent souls./ref/j
