This very shiny dude is a Drynther a cyberpunk species made by the awesome

GrakerrBraconc This is Scythe Drillbitt, he may seem intimidating but as long as you aren't harming him or anyone you have nothing to fear. He hangs out around bars, gyms, an heavy construction jobs trying to get by. He rides a motorcycle he built himself an loves to tinker with vehicles of all types. An although hair looks like a blade it's actually thousands of nano fibers that when hardened form a blade on head, but when not in this mode become a very fibrous looking mohawk. He does on occasion change out his limbs for various jobs that are asked of him an he has connectable wings that he uses sometimes when driving isn't possible or doesn't feel like riding. He loves getting in bed with those that ask for fun as prefers dudes but if Gal is fun enough he'll give her a ride on his chassis. He is a switch but prefers to Dom but can be a very loud sub when the right (size) situations are met. He is very skilled with all blade an gun type weapons, as he used to be a security guard but quit when boss almost got him killed in a deal gone bad. So now he'll take side hit jobs or tasks for money to get by but terms are usually at his discretion. >>DRACONIC

It’s called Drynther who has been through a gen thech modification, based on an ancestral dragon dna secret compound.
This compound and implants brings them a stronger physiology, a better inmune system and allows them to live longer.
Their anatomy also turns modular, making posible changing or adding new limbs.
Weapons are a popular option, they can be added as part of a new arm. Jetpacks and Wings are also a good example.
