I'm pretty sure it was William Tell who famously shot the apple off Funtime Foxy's head.
Maybe she's neither - is she Peter Pan?
Or even Link from the Zelda games?
Foxy's clearly been roped into this BS without an adequate explanation.

In truth, Baby's a scapegoat here.
Because I'm the one who made her do this.
I can't explain why I made this.

Actually I can explain how I ended up here. I came up with an alternate outfit for Circus Baby with a bit of Blender manipulation - she's ditched the tutu and got herself a more fashionable mini-skirt. If you're over-familiar with Circus Baby's model you'll know where recycled that mesh from, but anyway. Back in SFM, I tried a few different colors out, and when I landed on green, I thought "hmm - she looks kind of like Link or Robin Hood or something'. And then I made this - naturally!
Maybe it would've made more sense to transform Foxy into Robin Hood...
