Okay, managed to get her gums, teeth and tongue done. ( that was a bigger pain than I anticipated ) This will probably be the final mesh I'm going to work with.
Next will start the oh-so-hated process of building the UV maps, so there may not be an update for a few days depending on how well that goes. Once I get that done, I will post another update for sure.

Yo,
teeth
are NOT
a perfectly equal sized row of spikes.
They look shitty if you model them that way.
Cynder actually has very distinctively shaped teeth. If you played the game, you would know that.
Hell you have the original model. That should give you a clue.
There are no 120 little teeth in that mouth.

Perfect teeth they're not. While I do have the Model, it does not have teeth. It actually has spiky gums for lack of a better way to describe it. It's the game mesh, not the cut scene mesh. As a result, most of that detail is missing. Thus did I improvise on much of the model. I'll dig the game out of the closet to try and see how they did the teeth. ( I haven't started final tweaking yet as my current focus is trying to get a decent displacement map from Zbrush over to Softimage. )
Since they're a separate object, it's a simple matter to modify :)
Besides, I find the best way for me to model is to work on it for a while then put it away for a day or so to look at it with fresh eyes. You'll instantly pick out the problem areas that need some tweaking.

Hey, you gotta reply to my comment so I can see that you replied.
If you just reply to your submission, I get no notification of your reply and it would also look silly if someone would've commented between your comment and mine.
Would be less clear who you're replying to.
Well you know, from what I remember there are the typical longer canine teeth, then 1 tooth so small it's basically missing I suppose and then there's suddenly long, pointy backteeth.
I don't even know if there are front teeth. It's kinda weird and there are no good references.
What I can definitely say though is that it's not just generic mouth packed with a row many little needles.
Probably doesn't help that the mouth is closed both mostly in-game and on screenshots and in that model, eh?
Just making it a standard canine set of teeth would be an improvement already cause then there'd be a bit of diversity going on in there.

Well, instead of going to bed ( which I should have done a couple of hours ago ) I pulled the game off the shelf and fired it up.
( Xbox 360 version )
Trying to get a decent shot inside her mouth takes a minor miracle with the camera in game, but I managed to do it. I've had
the best angle I can possibly get of her teeth on my second monitor for the past hour to reference while remodeling them and
it's obvious the poly count restrictions forced the modelers to go with a single piece construction. Like I mentioned earlier, they
look like a jagged set of gums with a hard edge for lack of a better way to describe them.
So, I wiped the original set of gums / teeth and remodeled them to match as closely as possible to the in game
set of teeth. My best approximation anyway based on the fact I'm using a moving game character as reference.
IF I have time, I will make the attempt to go back and model in a canine set. To do those properly will take an enormous amount
of time as each tooth needs to be modeled and placed. Will see :D
