Well Raiser, especially given his situation in the Badlands, never had time to cope with what happened to him. He never really recovered from that trauma. Especially in this context. So yeah, he probably needs a therapist. But he doesn't have a lot of time for one given half the time, he is saving other people from dying and the other half he is surviving himself.
