a bit of an Extension of Dave Felis during Hiroshi's timeline as time passed by
He now has a new type of Ranger outfit that enhances his abilities more, and it also doesn't hide his identity anymore since everyone already knows him and his partners and what they are capable of anywho. (the Mobile Suit will stay the same, maybe alittle more upgraded)
and yea I had alot of inspiration from Megaman ZX with its design, he isn't the only one with it of course, but he ain't the first (Yuzhou got the look of it first designs wise-)
