I believe you should probably change the description and add in the copyright information. I mean, it's simply a recolour of the Quilava sprite from Black & White with the addition of Sandslash's scales and claws. Also, I honestly don't feel this deserves to be submitted because technically the sprites used are not of my own creation but rather they had been edited; it's like I'm one of those "artists" who take a picture they found on the Net, do some sort of minor or major change (i.e. recolour), post it, and claim the picture as their own, and I'm not like those kind of people.

Nonetheless, I have given you the sprite for you to keep, so do whatever you want with it. C:
