I uploaded a sketch yesterday and this one shows my process a little more. I took out the things I didn't like and added in the elements I did. I liked the pose, I didn't like the smallness of it. So I zoomed in on the picture somewhat and readjusted things here and there.

I wanted the pose to reflect some action, as if she were in the midst of a fight. Three's favorite weapons are two short blades and as this is a Tron themed picture of her I figured that the moment she got her hands on a pair of those light blades I could see her going, "No more frisbee. It's ON now!" With the swords in her hands she's in her element.

The sketch isn't exactly perfect and this is (ironically) actually the third version of this image. The first was her simply standing stationary with the blades and it looked boring. The previous upload was more actiony but it looked small. This image is more focused but I think I'll reposition her left leg a little before I consider it final.

If I like this in the end, I'll transfer it to a clean sheet of paper via light table and will livestream the coloring and such. Otherwise we'll get a version four next.
