Usually, at this time of the year, I would be 'snail-mailing' one of my handmade holiday greeting cards (to a majority of my friends and relatives all over the world), but I have been so far behind in getting things done (such as shopping for presents, wrapping them, and other tasks), I never got around to making one for 2010. So, I've decided to just render one drawing and post it over the Internet.
This year's offering is loosely based on a greeting card (from a boxed set) that I'd bought back in 2004. On its cover is a picture of Santa Claus in his sleigh, delivering Pez dispensers to all the good little boys and girls. And, of course, one of those dispensers has Santa's head on top.

Oddly enough, I originally bought the greeting cards for a co-worker who likes collecting Pez dispensers; but after I got laid-off from that job, I'd lost contact with him. So, I was never able to give him said greeting cards. Still, his loss was my gain - as the illustration inspired by the card will testify!
