So here's a sister I have given her that uses Electrokinesis to complete that triad.

⦁ Biography: Carmente is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena, being a day younger than the Oni Savage Yasu. Carmente, like everyone else in her family, admires her father undyingly and once strived to be a fighter like he is. To that end, she took up studying Martial Arts at the Olympian Dojo alongside Melkey. With her father always attending their classes, the sisters strived all the way until they were confident enough to test their skills on their own father. While Juni never faltered, they were able to make him flinch at the very least. They eventually gained permission to travel with their father, namely to the Dragon Ball universe. There, they learned how to harness their spiritual energies and from there, learned a plethora of energy attacks. But whereas Melkey learned the arts of Pyrokineses & Cryokineses, Carmente learned the ways of Electrokinesis; steadily becoming enough of a force to rival the powers of an Electromaster, or even an Azure Striker. Even so, she is a dutiful family member and is always ready to stamp out evil wherever it may show itself. Carmente is just as great a big sister figure to her siblings as Melkey is, but unlike Melkey, she's much more friendly to strangers she is not familiar with. This doesn't stop her from being quite rash at times though, and she will let it be known when the times arises. She likes listening to the sounds of thunderstorms, but has a dislike for anything that doesn't conduct electricity. Namely rubber. The fastest at repairing electronic devices.
⦁ Abilites: As a 1/2 Mermaid, Carement is capable of taking on her mermaid form upon entry in any body of water. And she's not limited to just to lakes, seas, and rivers. Carmente is a profound martial artist & knows many forms of it. Unlike Melkey however, Carmente doesn't favor one type, but has been known to utilize the tiger style often. Carmente is adept at electrokinesis as she can unleash electricity with a voltage as high as 10 million; potentially even higher. As a result; as mentioned above, Carmente has the voltage to rival an Electromaster, or even an Azure Striker Adept. Like Melkey, she will often infuse her electrokinetic powers with her Ki to make her Ki attacks a lot more dangerous to the point of being downright fatal to those weaker than her, especially if it means being able to shock a Great Ape to death. Her abilities & attacks are as follows.
⦁ Electrokinesis: The ability to create & manipulate all forms of electricity.
⦁ Ki Blast: The basic form of the energy wave.
⦁ Scattered Finger Beam: Carmente fires off 5 finger beams from each of her fingers on one hand.
⦁ Spark Beam: An electrified version of the Scattered Finger Beam.
⦁ Thunder Beam: An electrified full power energy wave that can split into 3 waves at any given moment. If all 3 waves converge on a foe, they will be stunned for a long while.
⦁ Thunder Bomb: Carmente charges a Full Power Energy Ball packing 500,000 volts of electricity and fires it at a certain target. Upon detonating, anyone caught in the blast is bombarded ceaselessly by the immense voltage packed in.
⦁ Thunder Carnival: A different version of Thunder Bomb, but the bomb bounds about wildly for a while before exploding.
⦁ Lightning Aura: Carmente surrounds herself in an electrified aura that shocks anyone that comes into contact with it. It's perfect for escaping bear hugs & other trapping techniques.
⦁ Galick Gun: Carmente curls her fingers at chest level, charging power before unleashing a powerful energy wave. Learned to differentiate from Melkey's Kamehameha usage.
⦁ Galick Striker: An Azure Blue electrically charged version of Galick Gun. With an output of 750,000 volts, Carmente uses this to really shock her foes as needed. The volts also course through a foe's energy wave if it engages in an energy clash.
⦁ Big Bang Attack: A powerful energy sphere attack condensed & fired from the open palm. This took Carmente a few tries to fully master.
⦁ Thunder Bang Attack: An electrified version of Big Bang Attack. This is packed with 1,000,000 volts of electricity & it causes anyone caught in the blast to continue being shocked by the volts for a while.
⦁ Energy Blade: Carmente manipulates her ki onto one or both her arms & forms a sharp energy blade that cuts anything.
⦁ Lightning Blade: A lightning empowered energy blade. A lot faster & longer blade capable of paralyzing those cut by it.
⦁ Raijingeki: Carmente thrusts her Lightning blade(s) out in front of her to pierce anyone unfortunate enough to be in the way.
⦁ Raijinshou: Carmente charges an energy blade with electricity & then spins about into the air with it, forming an high voltage tornado that then gets launched at an unfortunate target in her sights.
⦁ Raikousen: Carmente charges an energy blade with electricity, but then vanishes suddenly with a dash, going through a target. Upon reappearing past the foe, several lightning bolts appear from Carmente & shocks the target repeatedly. This can reach a maximum length of 5 meters if there's room.
⦁ Raijinken: Carmente surrounds her fist with energy, then electrifies it before launching an upper cut on her nearest target. The bolt that fires up can bring down flying foes & disable their ability fly, natural or not.
⦁ Thunder Dancer: Carmente charges electrified ki into all 10 of her fingers as if about to perform a Spark Beam attack from both hands. But instead, she fires wider thunder bolts down that dance about targeted areas.
⦁ Special Beam Cannon: Learned from Piccolo. Fires a drilling energy beam at the opponent. Can be charged at full power faster due to better Ki focusing than others.
⦁ Lightning Beam Cannon: An Electric-Type version of Special Beam Cannon. This has such a high voltage (1,000,000 volts approx.) that those struck by this attack are sure to be left totally numb after the attack passes through.
⦁ Plasma Eyes: Carmente fires electrified plasma beams from her eyes at the opponent in her sights.
⦁ Plasma Geyser: A high voltage plasma energy wave strong enough to cause burns & paralysis at once. Sometimes she may use it in Special Beam Cannon form.
⦁ Heavenly Peaks Descent: Carmente attacks her foes with the strength of mountains. Her variation uses the strength of thunder.
⦁ Luxcalibur: "Sacred Sword Agleam/Barbarous & Bathed in Blue/Cleaving Right from Wrong! Luxcalibur!" Carmente says the following chant while preparing a lightning blade attack, but the blade becomes a lot larger & more powerful, and she swings the huge blade soon after. Unlike the septimal version of the attack, Carmente can use this whenever she pleases so long as she has the energy needed to use it as it takes a while to fully charge.
⦁ Voltaic Chains: "Bolts of Rebellion/A Thunderous Voice in his heart/Speaks of one true law. Voltaic Chains!" Carmente's most powerful move. Modeled after the septimal ability of the same name, Carmente charges energy in her hands while saying the aforementioned chant for the attack. Once ready, she fires many energy chains from the orbs that ensnare all within their range. Like Luxcalibur, Carmente can use this as much as she pleases so long as she has the energy needed to unleash the attack as this too takes a while to charge.
