Oswald measures Buku's girth and waistline to get him clothes and corsets to accommodate the king's growing weight. In order to measure him, Buku had to suck in his gut but while Oswald is using the measure tape, Buku couldn't hold it in any longer and to had to breathe, and his gut shot Oswald across the room. The owl wasn't hurt and took it in stride by claiming to need a bigger measuring tape.
