There's his lenses, he can look right though them since he doesn't have tear ducts to hide the eyes in. BUT GUESS WHAT GUYZ?! There's minimum sight from outside to see his eyes within! Yay!

The nose and mouth are open to the mask's mouth, so there's airflow there. As far as the eyes fogging up, it'll be a little bit of a battle, there's not very many ways to avoid it from the heat of the head.
The mask is lightweight materials, out of foam, a skin layer that hardens and wire. With a face casting underneath for structure and secure fit.
