Alternate version of Superman the animated series episode 28 World's finest part 3 where after Lois Lane tended to Bruce Wayne's wounds while discovering he was Batman during the violent fight against a Luthorcorp-owned robot at the Daily Planet, the Dark Knight had to go back on a mission after Superman offered to team up with him to catch Lex Luthor, the Joker and Harley Quinn, but unfortunately he was forced to put the intrepid reporter to sleep with a tranquilizer dart that also contained a liquid that could erase part of her memory to make sure she would never accidentally reveal her secret identity if she were to be kidnapped again, and then bound/gagged her until the drug took effect.

When she woke up, Lois was dismayed and disgusted that Bruce had to resort to this method so that she wouldn't have to lecture him about the importance of not putting her life in danger, except that she doesn't know that what she has experienced in the last 2 hours will fade from her memory in a short time, so she won't have to be blamed for years to come.
