As for the what if, I'd say she'd be into being fat. All the wardrobe malfunctions she would "accidentally" have from her fat body being too big for her nurse outfit, being able to eat as much as she'd want to help grow her body without the hassle of surgery, and all eyes would be on her and her voluptuous figure.
