Before Kaizer became Lord Kaizer he was experimenting with plants, planets, and lifeforms. When he eventually finds the perfect source of energy to erase a world he betrays the Watcher and puts his secret project to work. Kaizer eventually used whatever he had leftover it to travel to different worlds and started his next project, "The Hero Killer". But now he needs to build an army using the concentrated time and space energy he harnesses to make his creation before meeting his former mentor for the last time.
