Terms of Service

• If you wish to be tagged as “anonymous”, please notify me before I complete the commission, otherwise I will tag you in the art when I post it.

• If you wish, I can take the commission as private. Please tell me this before I start work on the commission Private Commissions will also cost an extra $10

• Commissions are done by available slots and are a ‘first-come-first-serve’ format.

• One slot per person at a time please.

• Commission prices and slots are non-negotiable.

• You agree that the OC(s) in this commissions are yours, or that you have permission to use said OC(s).

• You must be 18 or older to be able to buy a commission from me.
If you are a talented artist below 18 but want a commission from me, you can consider doing an art trade with me instead!

• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read the terms of service.
-If it becomes apparent that you have not read the terms of service, I reserve the right to refuse to work with you.

• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsoever, without any explanation.

• I reserve the right to change my terms of service without prior notice.

• I reserve the right to change my prices without prior notice.

• In most cases before beginning a commission, I will require a reference.

-While I might be able to work from a description, more complex characters with specific markings or features will require a reference in order for me to work with them.

-If you send me traditional art as a reference, I won’t be able to get accurate colours from it. You can either send me a digital palette, confirm that the colours are exactly how they are in the picture, or allow me to choose colours as close as I can to the original

-If you don't have any references, look around for a Free/F2U Base to use to create a temporary ref for your character, alternatively you can also use Heroforge, or even something like a fursona creator to make a ref for your character. I will not accept an AI Generated reference.

• Sometimes if I'm unsure of your idea I may sketch out a 'concept' beforehand.

• My turnaround time can take up to a maximum of 1 month around (30-31 days). I will send you work in progress sketches/inks/or others, to show you the progress of your work.

• If you decide to add more details than what was originally agreed upon, I reserve the right to charge you a fee before continuing work on the commission.

• Once the commission is completed, I will send the finished product to you for confirmation. You are free to ask for minor changes, such as certain colors and small elements. Major alterations may have a surcharge added.

• If it has been agreed upon that the commission is completed, I will not make any more changes to the product. However, if you require an important change, I might be able to make an exception.
Important change examples:
-The character’s gender has changed
-A significant error that went unnoticed

• Please note that my style can change slightly between commissions as I might experiment.

• Unless agreed upon beforehand, you may not use my art for commercial use. This includes:
-Reproducing and selling my artwork.
-Using the artwork either directly or indirectly for any form of profit.
-Claiming complete ownership of the art in any way, shape, or form.


Payment

• I would preferably take payment before I start sketching on the commission. You can wait until you’ve seen the inked piece, but I will only finish the product after I have received payment.

• I accept partial payments should the commission become quite expensive (ex: over $100). Please discuss this beforehand and tell me what to expect.

• Please wait until I have confirmed your commission before you send the payment, DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE CONFIRMATION.

• I am currently only accepting PayPal. Please make sure to turn off the shipping when sending the money, as nothing will need to be shipped to you.

• All prices are in USD.


Refund Policy

• If I am, for any reason, unable to complete the commission, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the inked image and I am free to finish the commission, you will not be eligible for a refund at any point that follows.
