This is Bota Runnindeer. He is Shane Poe's rival to put it bluntly. Shane Poe Laupebaude is the main character in Water and Metal the Dragon Pearl Saga. Bota also though is one of the main characters. his culture is obviously strongly based from Scottish, and I'm aware of the proper way that one should wear a kilt mid knee rather than above the knees, but Hylans are Scott’s, they're Hylans and they do things their way XD lol.

TONS of mistakes omg they are so embarrassing X___X I struggle a LOT with proportion errors and legs, and please excuse the spelling errors, I don't have the greatest computer and I also sometimes forget to do spell checks because I type too fast .___.
