Eh, Neotanks are expensive to deploy and not very cost effective. They're good units but in competitive matches you rarely see them. Bombers are the favored "when you absolutely HAVE to kill that specific unit" option, with Neotanks only really showing up when there's either no airport available close to the target or there's too much anti-air.
