Not all treasures are shiny. Every year the curse of the pumpkins comes for the locals. They called upon the local ice dragon to protect them from the cursed pumpkin, of which he is more then happy to oblige, for a fee of course. A few tons of sweets later the dragon hopped up on the cursed pumpkin and sat there all night keeping the cursed contained for yet another year. Judging by his reaction I say the ice dragon got a good bargain from the locals.
