Always thought that these small like a little pins eyes were disturbing and somewhat uncanny
Maybe because spiders and scorpions have them? Or the fact these little eyes rather often shine with an evil glimmer and you cannot see pupils... and the eyes are the mirror of the soul. And if they are dark as the blackest night, they hide the equally evil soul behind... probably. Though he just wants candies that badly.
