Personality-
People rest assured with the presence of the Blue Harpy. Sharp but easy to get along with, he’s the spokesperson for the rapid response superhero team he works with. No matter what the tragedy or disaster, the Blue Harpy is a steady pillar for the public. Always ready with a mature and calm line, steadily shifting the mood.

He is relaxed in his duties as a superhero and as a therapist. With the teamwork of his colleagues, their success rate has kept away a majority of detractors of the government’s hero initiatives. In his professional life. His methods may be unorthodox but the results speak for themselves.

He’s quite fine with having other people talk, letting them lead the conversation, only occasionally interjecting. He hardly shares any information about himself whether in his hero or personal life. He doesn’t take others at face value.

The Blue Harpy however does have trouble with deep emotional engagement. While he can talk smooth, the eagle has difficulty living up to his namesake. The Blue Harpy is very focused and he doesn’t let off easy. Others shouldnt catch his ire, as this raptor’s comebacks are very cerebral, though any machinations may take a while to manifest as vicious as they can be. .
Powers-
Hypnotic Voice- The Blue Harpy’s smooth baritone voice has a charming quality able to bend minds. However it only affects those in a suggestible state, and the Blue Harpy’s enthralled can only go along with what they would find personally reasonable.
Aerokinesis- With a sweep of his wings, the Blue Harpy can generate great bursts of wind that he can control with his hands
Flight- Against all laws of aviation and common sense, the Blue Harpy’s wings are able to allow him to defy gravity. His mobility is limited to his running speed.

Profile- A government hero, assigned to work as part of a quick response heroic team . He got into heroism as a favor to a contact within the circles of power. He’s often involved in assisting in shoring up the environment surrounding heroism and the public square. As a therapist, his success rate takes him into troublesome cases that more often than not leads into his heroic identity, sooner or later. He’s not particularly close to anybody.


Weakness- Blue Harpy will leave off new priorities until finished with the current situation. As a hero employed by the government, honest trust is rare in the position this hero finds himself in. The Blue Harpy also is only as sturdy as an average if athletic person.

An adoptable I got from  DeeWolf involving a harpy eagle. But his current form looked so heroic that I decided to use him as a superhero. I made some adjustments to his form to better fit the superhero image I sought.
