If You Love Her.
This is a cool little piece of art that came along with the bunfox adoptable. I'm assuming it's okay to post, since the character belongs to me now. But if I'm asked, I'll take it back down. But it's just plain adorable, and it's a part of what inspired me to start thinking about Nessa's story. The title is just the first thing that came to mind when I saw it. There's something wistful about this little picture that just made me fall in love with her.

This is why I love hybrids. I'm known for never being able to make up my mind about anything, so why not just blend the two together? I don't know if I'd go so far as to make this girl an avatar for myself. I've already got two of them, and that's probably enough! But I'm sure I'm going to have a lot of fun with her. *Giggles* And, for once, I have a rabbit-y character where it will actually be correct for people to draw her with a dognose!
She is the perfect combination, isn't she? Actually, just before I adopted Niamh as my personal representative, I did toy with the idea of making a hybrid fox/rabbit character kind of like this. I think that's part of why I fell in love with her so much. Plus I do love her coloring, and especially her purple eyes. You know what a sucker I am for purple eyes! Poor girl, though. She really does look rather said in this picture. I don't know what the artist originally intended, but she just has a look of loss, and of having set free something, or someone, who was special to her. As you can probably imagine, that will likely work its way into her story.
