Decided to follow through on the impulse to make a redesign of my sona, I know WIPs don’t draw a lot of eyes but it took me a massive amount of work to get this far so I want to show it off ;; I wanted him to have more “monster-like” anatomy but it took probably dozens of tries to figure out what I meant by that lol

I think it’s funny that he ended up looking very charr-like, it wasn’t really my intention but they’ve always been such a big inspiration I shouldn’t be surprised! (Ironically I normally don’t draw them because I struggle with their anatomy, but now I figured it out in this sort of roundabout way, so… task failed successfully?)

Hoping I can power through and finish this, maybe posting the wip will help me hold myself accountable haha I’m dreading the hands though since they will probably give me just as many style & anatomy struggles as the rest of this art did :’)
