Most fatfurs of my size would describe their bellies as beds, but I prefer leaning over my belly and using it as additional support so It's less weight on my lungs. However, that makes it unsuitable for bed use. Luckily, my back has basically taken its place in that regard.
The actual reason why femSloan leans over her belly is because if I posed her on her back, her thighs would crease and fold unnaturally and clip through the rest of her body. Like I said, there's limits to what I can do in DazStudio.
