I agree...with his character development and design, I think it was a huge waste to just have him for one episode. That is why I love fanart and fan comics...as he will be one of the main characters in my fan comic, K-9 Agency, well whenever it finally gets to his part.
The show is Disney's Bonkers, it was a TV series from the 1990s. The episode Mean Old Wolf was on is called "Never Cry Pig." You can see it on Youtube, I really want to know what you think of this show and the characters, plus if you like it, would love to see Mean Old Wolf in your style heheh.
