The slice against your back is hot, far hotter than it should be. Your vision spins as you stumble, the heat spreading across your back and through your mind. You almost fall as the fur starts to grow, slime slipping across your body. What were you running from again? You can't remember why you were fleeing from other beasts, but wait, you aren't one right?
Well, you are now you blearily realize, new paws that you barely even noticed having formed squishing against the floor. You find yourself sitting down, vision dizzy and confusion dancing through your head when you find one pair too many legs. Your fur feels so thick and soft though that you can't really complain, especially compared to how cold this hallway is.
