One day, Donut was working on an invention while with the research team of The Neighborhood. 105, Grim, Cyber-Fi, Sezzy, and Ricky all hopped into help, but it came to their realization that this invention would probably malfunction.

Suddenly, the machine indeed malfunctioned, but this malfunction was more disastrous than any other. It suddenly sent out a shockwave of electricity and energy and it combined almost 50% of all the inhabitants of The Neighborhood together. Some of the inhabitants went brain dead and others were put in severe pain.

The device itself was eventually pulled into the amalgamation of flesh too and there was now no proper way to free everyone.

Everyone who was trapped, was trapped like this... forever.
