Also commissioned for October 2021, the fifth Halloween costume for my characters.

Got his costume alongside his girlfriend Sylilia, complete with a fancy black cape. Goes well with her white kimono when they're together. Also first costume that's not a ghost pokemon (wow)! Tobias knows how to look menacing with those teeth of his. Too bad intimidate isn't his ability, cause the fire dog is still a big softie at heart, and if he actually scared someone badly he'd probably be apologizing profusely immediately afterwards. But if it's all for fun and games he'll at least do his part for spooky times.
