Gift Art piece done for  AwfulRabbit because it's that birthday time of year.

Though frankly I've been looking for an excuse to draw these two together for a while. Cowl's design especially is one of my favorites, and since they are paired with the best of crime bosses why not draw both! Not that I don't like Rackim too because of coarse I do. Plus, honestly, when i figured out they had matching robes (and necklaces) I really could not resist such a good idea.

Also not just with this one, but like what is it about night cityscapes that come off so romantic? Idk the answer but I love using it for pieces like this.
