It would be new to me to copyright colores or forms of an palette ? Non of that what i made is simular to what the DA user made.
I DID NOT get inspire by the Deviant one - as i wrote i got inspire by food ?
Just because i didn't use an creative other form of palette like Dots in a row or idk Circle doesn't mean i got it from some random other one?
You need to post that then on ALL Palette like that - on Printerest / Devianart / Furaffinity / Twitter / And more.
And the Credit is for THAT form i made? that toally normal?
i Just used the Rounded edge lines Tool of my Draw Program XD sorry but that really wierd from you. never saw such random, but to be honest i just tiped in the search bar of FA "adopt open " and saw many Palette one and wantet to make my own i have to see people do my color ideas that not a bad thing or so .

I just found it very strange that your 'style' for this layout is very similar to one thats been around for YEARS, and can be found even with just a simple google search.
To many times I see people asking for credit, when they borrowed an idea from someone before them, and THEY didnt give credit.
I just didnt want this to be another example of that.

I know you feeling about that - but the person on Deviant even not have written in the Infos that they want ccredit for the form or so and even not can copyright colors.
Palette are a normal thing everybody can do as long htey don't steal layout from others.
but i can tell you i make my own layout just with the rounded edge line tool thingy.
it simular kind of but my line are not colored, not slim, and you can see what kind food i got inspired for the colores.
And there even ways more older Palette i learned from art school.
