A third verdugo (verduga specifically), one Leon never encountered in Salazar Castle. She was in charge of the breeding side of Los Iluminados and overlooked the rookery of plagas, born-infected, and new B.O.W.s of the cult. As such she had a more maternal, nurturing, and pacifistic personality compared to the two Leon fought. Compared: had the two met, she would have fought to wound, infect, and bring him into the ranks of the cult's forces.
