Oh, it's just communication, not google. I am used to say that modern communication killed the spirit of Verne's times and adventure in general. I mean, if you have voice communication almost anywhere on the globe, much less GPS, instant sat area coverage, vidcomm... It'd be dead until we get to outer space where you won't be sure your signal would get received at all, and if it would, it'd be at awful delay ;)
