another family member gone fluffy :o
first:
i didn't draw this picture, i traced and edited it from this image
my mom this time. she's a cat/bear/angel/mermaid, as per her request. the rest was left up to me, and this is what i came up with. hopefully she likes it :o
her coloring is themed, and all of the colors in this picture (except my signature and the lines, including the shading and highlights) were color-picked from examples of this material. can you guess what it is?
some random info about her:
~as of yet, she's unnamed. any suggestions welcome, and i'll run them by my mom to see what she likes :3
~the white on her tail glows in the dark when she's underwater
~her tail feels furry to the touch-however, there's a layer of scales underneath the fur (which is what glows)
~the feathers on the outside of her wings are tipped mahogany. the inside ones are tipped almost white
~her hair is mostly lighter at the bottom, except for her bangs, which are lighter at the top. all of it is tipped mahogany.
~the base color for her hair is actually the same brown as her wings, but she has dark brown low-lights and almost-blonde highlights
~yes, she is my mom as a fluffy. no, she doesn't look old enough to be my mom. it's part of being a fluffy. they basically stop aging after 20. (i need to write down all my stuff about fluffies some time :o)
and to clear things up, more for my own sake than anything, but these past couple of pictures (and the next upcoming one) are MY family. not jaz's. jaz has her own, seperate family, which-surprise-is even more messed up than mine (if that's even possible X3)
