At the end of the episode he joined Barkin had him doing 20 laps around the track... in a crabwalk. (Imagine going 20 laps around a track on all fours... but facing upwards instead of down.)

No doubt that kind of physical exertion will Bulk him up even more than saving the world with Kim.
