Biography: Soprano is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena. She was born a week after Chorale & Elegy. Soprano came into the world seemingly healthy, but one day, as with Mana, Soprano was found to have a paralysis in her legs. Though not as bad as Mana's was to the point she needed a wheelchair most of her life, Soprano only had a mild paralysis in her legs & so couldn't walk on her own easily in. Mostly with her left leg. As a result, Soprano walked about with the assistance of a crutch for much of her life. At age 11, Soprano's walking ability started to show signs of improving, meaning that her paralysis was being defeated overtime at the same time Mana herself started beating her paraplegy. At some point, she went with her parents, and siblings who opted to be NetOps to the Mega Man Battle Network universe in the hopes that her legs can gain more functioning there. Upon being accepted as a student of Ms. Mari's class with her other siblings not 16 or 17, and her parents becoming teachers to help out with Ms. Mari's class, but just before the school day started, her father Juni gave her & her siblings their own custom PET. Hers contained the navis FlameStag.EXE & OverdriveOstrich.EXE. She was instantly welcomed by the others in Class 5-A, but Soprano, being a shy one, barely spoke to the other since the amount of new faces was overwhelming to her, alongside Mana & Elise for that matter. Even so, she was able to make friends with the native students with help from her parents & netnavis. During Ms. Madd's revenge plot in making a bus explode, which was eventually thwarted, Soprano was the first to notice that Ms. Madd was fixing to get away. Despite her paralysis, Soprano opted to give chase. To everyone's surprise, even Madd's, Soprano was able to dart toward Ms. Madd just as she was about to get away & tackle her to the ground harmlessly long enough for officials to take her into custody. At the house, it was discovered that Soprano's legs had fully beaten their paralysis & so Soprano can walk like normal at long last. As a result, Soprano now stands ready to lend a helping hand in anyway possible despite her being so young. Soprano is undoubtedly a very sweet & loving girl as is to be expected from those in Juni's family. Though she admittedly takes more of her sweetness from her mother, inheriting her father's thrill for adventure. In fact, she shows little to no fear whatsoever in even haunted houses, nor is she afraid of getting stuck in quicksand. This does not change the fact however that she is a rather shy soul & has trouble opening to new people. More often than not, Soprano will hide behind her parents, or any of her older sisters if she meets a face she is not familiar with. However, she will open up rather easily, but slowly, once it's proven that the stranger means no harm. She is a sucker for headpats, and giving Soprano one is often a sure fire way of getting her to open up to new people. As she adores deer however, she does not like the idea of eating their meat; venison. She also detests spoiled brats as she comes from a spoiled sweet background. Makes the best snow angels.
Abilities: As a 1/2 mermaid, Soprano is capable of taking on her mermaid form at any point she is in the water. However, she prefers it to be fresh, or seawater before she thinks about transforming. For a while, her mermaid form was the only way she would be able to move her lower body without issues. Ever since her legs recovered, she's seen a great increase in her swimming speed in her mermaid form. Due to her young age, she cannot shift from human form to mermaid form in bath tubs or hot tubs yet. Despite her young tender age, Soprano is a proven tactician in Netbattles, making her a capable NetOp against even the toughest adversaries. She usually keeps chips in an organized manner & many of them have the potential to form Program Advances. Regardless of whom she's using, Soprano is always in sync with her NetNavis from start to finish.

When he was presented to Soprano with OverdriveOstrich.EXE, it was an instant match made in heaven as Soprano really loved his design given how deer are one of her favorite animals in the world. He bares a striking resemblance to the maverick he is modeled after, but his boots & arms are toned down to match that of MegaMan.EXE's, but the vents on his feet & wrists are retained, as are the cloven hooves at the ends of his feet and the gems on his forelegs. The meter on his chest remains present & the burners on his shoulders also remain, as do the burners on his head where his flame antlers are present. However, when not in battle, the flames are replaced with normal antlers. Finally, the maverick symbol on his torso is instead his navi mark; which shows an elk with flaming antlers. In the Battle Network universe, FlameStag.EXE acted as Soprano's main navi for the first virus busting lessons, and he was also her voice when Soprano's shyness kicked in when talking with her new classmates. When challenged to a NetBattle by a visiting Ring.EXE, he politely declined; stating he does not wish to throw his fists at women unless necessary. FlameStag.EXE has lent his services in the fights against net crime, but he seemed to be much more involved during the Alpha incident when Mr. Match was making a getaway after Scilab caught fire through one of his cruelest scheme yet. He & Soprano cornered Match's navi at the time: FlameMan.EXE, and fought against him, proving to be superior to Match's navi in every way. Despite this, he stepped aside when he allowed Lan & MegaMan.EXE to take over, knowing that they can handle Match & FlameMan.EXE & atone for being used by Mr. Match earlier. Even then, FlameStag.EXE is always ready to help contribute to a cause when needed. Despite what his gruff appearance may suggest, he is a friendly NetNavi who is always happy to befriend others. He has a strong sense of honor, and that honor extends towards being quite the gentleman as well when he refused to fight Ring.EXE when she challenged him to do so, stating that he refuses to fight women unless they're enemies. Needless to say however, he still acts quite gruff when he feels annoyed. In his spare time, FlameStag.EXE likes to hone his fighting skills when he gets the chance to do so, and he shares his operator's dislike of those who would eat venison. At half HP, or even after absorbing 5 lava panels, FlameStag.EXE's flames turn blue & his attacks become stronger & faster with some even reaching a deeper range of panels than before. For instance, the Blaze Kick cuts a 2x3 radius & the Body Blow version of Speed Burner becomes a piledrive attack. His attacks, natural or chip produced, also receive a sort of Mold Breaker effect as some programs, like Super Armor & Undershirt, are ignored as a result. However, Super Form only lasts 5 turns, so FlameStag.EXE takes the time to deal as much damage as possible in that time.

His tail "feathers" are slightly longer than the original's, and can even be used as weapons when needed as they retain their bladed appearance. Speaking of blades, the blades on his body are retained on his back, arms, and legs. His forearms & forelegs are like those of a typical custom navi's, but his feet retain the ostrich toes front & back. The maverick symbol on his forehead is instead his navi mark: An ostrich's head in front of a Kenyan shield. In the Battle Network universe, he acted as Soprano's voice of encouragement whenever her shyness got the best of her around the new faces she was meeting. He proved to be of a great assistance in the fight against net crime, and one of his more notable contributions was in Netopia where he was intent on chasing down those who had stolen some of the party's passports. OverdriveOstrich.EXE comes off as being a kind & friendly individual who cares for the well being of his friends & allies. However, he is known to get quite sensitive about the fact that he's not able to fly & will often get mad whenever the fact is brought up to his face. He enjoys a friendly race every now & then as he likes to showcase his speed. However, he is not too fond of snails. Whereas FlameStag.EXE has balanced out speed & attack power, OverdriveOstrich.EXE is the true speedster of the two. Sonic Sword: OverdriveOstrich.EXE slashes with a sword that cuts 3 panels wide, and the slash hits 3 times if it connects. Sword Attribute.
Sonic Lifesword: Charged version of Sonic Sword. Though weaker than the Lifesword P.A., the fact this hits 4 times in one swing makes up for it. Likewise, it covers the typical Lifesword Range. Sword Attribute.
High Jump Stomp: OverdriveOstrich.EXE disappears from the battlefield as if having used an Escape Battle chip. However, this is quickly followed with a path that forms in the background & OverdriveOstrich.EXE runs across that line. Once he lines up with an enemy's column, he jumps from the background, and onto the targeted space, stomping on the foe occupying it. If there's more than one enemy however, he always chooses a random target.
Sonic Overdrive: OverdriveOstrich.EXE's ultimate attack. He again runs into the background, but will stop midway & fire off 25 sonic slicers that rain down in a line similar to the Meteors chip. And once the slicers make their run, OverdriveOstrich.EXE performs a high jump & crashes onto the foe knee first. As a result, the knee strike deals Sword Attributed damage.

OverdriveOstrich.EXE comes off as being a kind & friendly individual who cares for the well being of his friends & allies. However, he is known to get quite sensitive about the fact that he's not able to fly & will often get mad whenever the fact is brought up to his face. He enjoys a friendly race every now & then as he likes to showcase his speed. However, he is not too fond of snails. Whereas FlameStag.EXE has balanced out speed & attack power, OverdriveOstrich.EXE is the true speedster of the two. Many of his attacks are able to strike quickly, and even hard enough that strength isn't really that much of an issue. His abilities & attacks are as follows.
Float Shoes: OverdriveOstrich.EXE is immune to the effects of negative panels.
Feather Shot: OverdriveOstrich.EXE's basic attack. Fires off a rapid 3-hit Vulcan of feathers down his current row.
Feather Sword: OverdriveOstrich.EXE's charge attack. Slices 3 panels wide, then 2 panels deep. Sword Attribute.
Charge: OverdriveOstrich.EXE squawks before charging down the row he is facing & making a round trip on another random row.
Step Kick: OverdriveOstrich.EXE again squawks, but leaps 3 squares deep to kick anyone in his path. Sometimes he'll skip off the battlefield & attack from behind as well.
High-Jump Kick: A stronger variation of Step Kick, only OverdriveOstrich.EXE tries to knee those in his way with the blades on his knee, and it travels 4 squares deep. The blade itself deals Sword Attribute damage.
Sonic Slicer: OverdriveOstrich.EXE fires off a boomerang down his current row. If he's on the top or bottom row, then the boomerang will travel as boomerangs usually do.
Sonic Rain: Charged version of Sonic Slice. Instead of sending a boomerang down the way he's facing however, OverdriveOstrich.EXE fires off 5 cutters in the air & the cutters rain down onto 5 random panels.
Sonic Sword: OverdriveOstrich.EXE slashes with a sword that cuts 3 panels wide, and the slash hits 3 times if it connects. Sword Attribute.
Sonic Lifesword: Charged version of Sonic Sword. Though weaker than the Lifesword P.A., the fact this hits 4 times in one swing makes up for it. Likewise, it covers the typical Lifesword Range. Sword Attribute.
High Jump Stomp: OverdriveOstrich.EXE disappears from the battlefield as if having used an Escape Battle chip. However, this is quickly followed with a path that forms in the background & OverdriveOstrich.EXE runs across that line. Once he lines up with an enemy's column, he jumps from the background, and onto the targeted space, stomping on the foe occupying it. If there's more than one enemy however, he always chooses a random target.
Sonic Overdrive: OverdriveOstrich.EXE's ultimate attack. He again runs into the background, but will stop midway & fire off 25 sonic slicers that rain down in a line similar to the Meteors chip. And once the slicers make their run, OverdriveOstrich.EXE performs a high jump & crashes onto the foe knee first. As a result, the knee strike deals Sword Attributed damage.
