Rhime, circa thirteen years old or so. As a child in the Tamberlands, she loved to spend her summers climbing the clock towers and playing with their bells and her winters coasting up and down across the icy highland lakes. Someday, she'll take her favorite student back there on vacation, too.
I tried a lot of new things in this picture; it's my first time doing evergreen needles, reflections, or ice effects. I kind of discovered the hatched reflection effect by accident because I didn't want to just copy and flip the color layer, so I decided to actually try sketching them instead.
I think the winged rabbit weathervane will end up being the symbol of the Tamberland Postal Service. And yes, the clock has a metronome on it. =)
