Terra is a farmer from Subterria.

Terra owns the land under the island and the island itself supplies the CS Division of the Pussyfoots with food and a place to build their capital on.

Being a Gloomba, she doesn't go up into the surface much hence her coloring, but mastered growing above ground crops below ground and non native crops like Rice, used for eating and to make sake (or soke as they keep calling it).
