Well, the notes pretty much say it all.
I like it, was fun to draw today. Not too sure about the ears, think they could have turned out a little better for what I was wanting, but, I'm pretty darn happy with the rest.

He looks a bit frightened... or as if he just saw something upsetting. You know, like "oh, yikes!"
The ears and the overall shape of the head look fine to me, but as far as I can tell the shoulders seem rather broad and rigid - even if the pose is meant to be tense. Nonetheless, it's nice to follow your swift improvement. =)
