Where everyone fawns over Samantha, I instead fawn over the background - there's just something beautiful about this gray gallery and the autumn forest (or is it a park?) beyond it. It all just complements the vixen starring in this piece so well, her expression befitting the overall melancholic feeling of late autumn.
(As for why I don't fawn over her... Let's just say it's all fine and dandy until you learn her lore)

Where would you learn that lore? I thought I'd been gone through all of Syronck's gallery, and seen nothing off-putting.

Wow. Magnificent is right! Gorgeous work and the dress's texture and vibrant colour are amazing! Almost more impressive is the detail with the foliage and how it fades into the background in muted colours to allow the character to stand out more.
