I had no idea of any opening ceremonies taking place. And judging by Pathfinder's spooky-looking avatar, I can only imagine that they were awesome with scary Halloween effects and everything, and I missed it. X( Like, did they seriously do a rare instance where they started right onthe dot with time!? I thought they'd wait five minutes! I was five minutes late. T.T
They usually start a half-hour prior to on the Neon City rooftop while xCirrex gets the stream set up.
