Miss Martian, Poison Ivy and Supergirl of DC Super Hero Girls decided to work as a team to neutralize Lex Luthor by bringing him to justice after the secret service gathered a significant amount of evidence linking him to very important criminal activities but requiring the intervention of the most experienced students of the superhero high school to avoid civilian casualties in the event of a shooting. In order to be able to locate them in case of an emergency, principal Amanda Waller handed them collars concealing a mini GPS beacon.

Unfortunately, the mission went badly for the trio that was neutralized by an extraterrestrial artifact that could knock out super-endowed individualspowers and when they woke up had the unpleasant surprise of finding themselves solidly bound/gagged in a well-hidden section of a Lexcorp owned warehouse.

Miss Martian can’t free herself because of the matter that makes up the ropes who bind her capable of neutralizing the powers of Miss Martian, Poison Ivy may manipulate the plants and have a mystical connection with them, she can do nothing if she is neutralized and in an environment where there is no soil. As for Supergirl, being tied by blue kryptonite ropes taking away her powers, she is as vulnerable as an earthling and therefore unable to release and the radiation can be fatal to her in case of prolonged exposure after several hours.
